QRShrt provides a platform for users to create personalized QR codes and landing pages where others can upload and share photos and videos. We also offer physical products (t-shirts, accessories) with custom QR codes printed on them.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; no sharing of accounts

4. User Content

4.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or allow others to upload to your page. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or allow others to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Contains spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains personal information of minors

4.3 Content License

You retain all ownership rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

4.4 Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

• Digital Only: $9.99 one-time payment
• Physical Products: $29.99 - $49.99 one-time payment
• Unlimited Plan: $79/year subscription
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Digital Products: 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied
• Physical Products: Refunds available for defective or damaged items within 30 days of receipt
• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

6. Physical Products

• Shipping takes 5-7 business days within the United States
• International shipping may take longer and incur additional fees
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Custom products cannot be returned unless defective

7. Storage Limits

• Digital Only: 500MB storage
• Physical Products: 1GB storage
• Unlimited Plan: Unlimited storage
• Individual file size limits: 10MB for images, 100MB for videos
• We reserve the right to remove content that exceeds storage limits

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy any features or functionality
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by QRShrt and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

"QRShrt" and our logo are trademarks of QRShrt. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

10. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QRSHRT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRShrt and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your content after termination, so please download your content before closing your account.

14. Dispute Resolution
